Ingame Petitions Currently Unavailable - Update!

This issue has now been fixed. There is a backlog and it may take longer than expected for your ticket to be processed but it does not seem that we have suffered any loss of tickets.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing issues with our petition system and therefore are unable to receive your tickets submitted from inside the game. We are working hard to resolve the issue, but currently do not have an ETA on fix. Until this is resolved, please refrain from using the in-game petition system and instead submit your issue via the website. Also, if you recently filed a petition from in-game within the last couple of days, we recommend that you do so again, using the website.
